1. Sales Manager - Agency (ATL/BTL)

As Sales Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the sustained growth of the ATL, BTL & Corporate Events divisions of the company. He or she is expected to have adequate experience in this field with wide contacts and strong affiliations so as to hit the ground running.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating & managing a team of sales persons and ensure achievement of individual and team targets. He or she shall have worked in a position where he/she has been responsible for the division and shall have the personality and stature for building and nurturing strong relationship with senior level functionaries on the client side.

The candidate should have a verifiable, industry-specific track record of excellent business development, strong negotiating and financial skills, and motivating the teams headed by him/her.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Well versed in the fields of Advertising & Events in order to consult with clients and on the various options available as well as to oversee the requirements of the sales team
  • Ability to forecast and estimate project budgets vs. ROI for clients
  • Minimum 3 years experience heading a sales team in the industry
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Arab language skills are a distinct advantage
  • Excellent remuneration and above par commission packages offered to the right candidate

Liaising with creative teams to custom create proposals and consulting with clients to verify their requirements
Handling your own accounts, and overseeing the production team to ensure deliverables are met on each project

Work to promote our Online Portal Services. 
Market our online advertising solutions and online Buy & Sell services to clients.
Sourcing new clients, developing contacts, generate potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Follow up leads and convert leads into actual sales.
Interacting & Understanding client needs, offer, present and deliver online advertising solutions and support according to client requirement.
Contact decision makers and explain online & print media
Present and deliver Social Media Marketing
Create proposals for online & print media advertising
Closing sales and Target oriented
Maintain relationships effectively with existing & new customers in order to improve the revenue base
Handling your own accounts, and overseeing the production team to ensure content approval from client for each edition
Resolving client queries and follow-up call
Energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanor
Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Handling or Servicing experience preferred.
